May I take this summer off?

Hi all. I am a European student at a target uni in Europe (although not in the UK), with fairly good grades. Besides, I have secured 2 spring weeks at two BBs, and I will be finishing soon a 6-month internship at a search-fund.

Next Fall, I am going on an exchange semester to UTAustin.

In this sense, I was wondering if all this is enough to apply for 2022 London IB/MBB summer internships, or if I should seek another internship for this summer in order to have solid chances. I intended to spend this summer studying technicals and with my family and friends.

What would you suggest?? I know another internship would be beneficial, but I feel like I need some time to rest

Makes sense, you already have very good brand names (2 BB) on your resume and a nice long experience (6 month search fund). Most ppl usually HAVE TO work for financial reasons (to pay off student debt, save up pocket money for upcoming semester etc. -- if this doesn't apply to you, then you're not missing out on anything)
