Messed up a Hirevue, please help!
Recently did a Hirevue, in the introduction they said second tries are allowed in case of difficulties. I had some difficulties in my first response but submitted anyways thinking I'd get a second try. But there was no option to re-record/no second try. Is there any point in emailing about it? They had clearly written out that re-recordings were allowed so I'm a bit frustrated. The rest of my responses were fine but I'm worried they wouldn't look past the first one. Any advice is appreciated!
This was for the UK - is it HR watching or actual bankers? I'm a bit worried about emailing the recruitment team about this. I really wish they hadn't included it in their instructions, seems a bit unfair.
