Just got a first round yesterday for the IBD off-cycle, I heard ACs go on till end of November.
Any insights on the first round interview ?
When did you apply, and how long did it take to hear back after the online test? With how long they’re taking, I won’t be surprised if I get rejected
As for 1st round, I think it’s competency based and some basic technicals if I’m not mistaken. Others chime in if I’m incorrect. Source: spoke to someone who had a 1st round.
I applied mid-to-late September so I heard back after one month.

Has anybody done R2 for IBD OC and is waiting for AC invite? I had my R2 a couple weeks ago but havent received anything yet. Any info?

Also had R2 mid october (second week) but haven’t heard back yet. I heard people who has R2 in first week of October having their ACs last week, so I guess we need to wait a bit more

I’ve heard nothing since the test. Wouldn’t be surprised if I don’t make it to 1st round, I have 0 traction in the Ldn office compared to my local office.
Had my second round end of last week. First round was technical, second was standard personal fit. Now just hoping for AC invite
