Moving from IB to CB

I am a first year analyst on a corp banking grad scheme at a BB in London. Comp is significantly lower than IB so guess more like commercial banking. Only recently started to think more long term and really interested in moving to IB (and in an ideal world eventually get to PE) as the work really interests me and of course the comp is very appealing. Any advice at all on how/if I may be able to move laterally into an IB role over the next couple years? Will of course have to be at analyst level. Would really appreciate anybody’s thoughts/experiences. Thanks 👊
