Moving to US with Big 4 Vals and M&A experience

Currently based in London (UK born and raised)

Done a few years of Big 4 Vals and M&A (All in London)

I’m going to be relocating to the US next year because I’m getting married

Likely settling in West Coast but could be East Coast depending on many factors

Aside from Big 4 (maybe internal transfer), what can roles can are at my level? I’m assuming similar to the UK (lateraling to a lower tier IB, Corp Dev or LMM PE)

Also how is the ACA seen in the US? Assuming great to demonstrate general knowledge but not wholly applicable

Thanks in advance
