Am fortunate to get an offer as a summer analyst for MS IBD, extremely excited but at the same time not sure what to expect on return rates. I see the return rates range from 60-90% online and not sure what is the actual number. Also, does the firm hire an intern class with the expectation that everyone comes back unless there is a disappointment or does the firm naturally overhire? Thank you for the help.
