MS/UBS Salary Updates
MS and UBS have raised the signing bonus to 40k from 30 for new associates. Has anyone else heard other banks on the move as well?

Sign 40 base 150 boner 250
150 Base sounds high. More like 110 - 115 for associate.
for a 3rd yr though, 150 is right on the money, literally
Third year associates do not make $150K base. Anywhere
First years are making close to 100, I can't imagine why 3rd years wouldn't be making 130-150.
Because base salaries don't change that much within general titles (Analyst, Associate, VP). Maybe by $10k or so per year (which would mean $100, $110, $120 max for first through third year). And I don't believe that 1st years are at $100K now, unless this year ranges are all being bumped up. Difference is pay is mostly through bonus, not base.
Any idea what the numbers in EUR for being Frankfurt based would be? Thanks Guys - you
