Namedropping Previous SA
Hello all,
I am a SA currently re-recruiting and was wondering how namedropping a previous SA in a prospective group would bode well with current interviewers when asked "how did you learn about our firm"? Should I only namedrop if the previous SA was a top performer and/or recieved an offer, or is there a way to properly spin how they enjoyed the culture and outlook of the firm which is how I learned about this opportunity? I can obviously craft a story without namedropping but would appreciate the perspective of potential interviewers.
Thank you in advance.
