NatWest (London) Structured Finance Group - Opinions?
Currently hold an offer from a MM boutique in London and have just been invited to a final round interview with Natwest Group (formerly RBS) for their structured finance analyst programme.
I know next to nothing on Natwest's SF group - anyone with any knowledge on deal flow/salaries & bonuses/culture/working hours/analyst experience/exit opps? Do they have a strong debt/DCM rep?
For reference, my other boutique offer is pure M&A and I am inclined to take this. I am interested in PE in the future.
