Need advice for getting an Internal Transfer Abroad (EU->US)
Hi all,
Looking for any advice anyone is willing to share on how to position yourself for a move abroad within a large U.S bank. Think Citi/JPM/BofA.
I soon start in London on their rotational analyst program for two years inside their 'CIB' model, but one of my career goals has always been to work in the states.
What advice would you give to put myself in good stead for a move stateside down the line outside of just doing the best within my immediate role?
Much appreciated.
