NEED AN ADVICE! - Bringing In Deals(Clients) As An Analyst

Hey, currently, I am an international student, and I will be interning summer in New York. Our family has significant old money, as we run a family office and an asset management company. (Probably, we can raise a maximum of $1 billion per deal for M&A.) I wonder how I can bring my family office as a client to our US New York Office after successfully transitioning to full-time. We are heavily interested in energy, natural resources, and infrastructure, and I would like to benefit from this in both ways (without fucking our family's money or our firm) by getting promoted or receiving a fat bonus from the bank in New York.

well i guess 1 billion dollars are not my money. Probably 50% would be money from bank and 40% would be probably from other family offices.
