Need Help Deciding on Offers

Hi,

I have a few offers / choices right now for my next job. A little bit of background, I previously did IB in a coverage group for <1 year at a top MM (JEF/LAZ/HL/WB) before I exited to a startup. However, I got laid off shortly after I joined.

Now I'm in the job hunt and here are the options I currently have:

  1. (Offer received) - Senior IB Analyst at BNP working in M&A in my coverage sector
  2. (Offer received) - Senior IB Analyst at SocGen working in my coverage sector

...and...

  1. (In final stages) - Equity Research Associate at a smaller IB in my coverage sector
  2. Waiting to hear about an offer from an endowment working in their investment office
  3. Activist hedge fund reached out about an interview but I haven't heard back about the timing yet (it's been a week and I've already followed up once); this would be the dream job

I don't care about prestige, and if anything, I would love the opportunity to move to Paris one day, but I really don't want to work until midnight, etc. all the time anymore. However, at the same time, I'm worried about "betting on myself" and passing up good jobs with the hopes of getting the jobs I prefer, only to not get any of them and being stuck at square one again.

If you were in my position, what would you do?

Thanks so much!
