Is it worth it to network w/ people in different countries? There's an executive director (top BB) I know at London but I'm recruiting for NY.

Also, if the first person I call at a bank offers to push resume/refer me is it still worth time to call more people at that place. Just trying to be efficient

Yes, it's worth it to network with people from out of the country. They can connect you with others in the location you want.

Yes, you likely need a few people at each bank championing you.
