Networking Policy This Cycle for BBs?

I've heard that JPM is trying to do away with networking this cycle and leave it mostly to the tests/Hirevues. Are other BBs following the same policy, like MS, GS, and BOA? Also, for MS are they going to weed out a lot of candidates based on the tests? How hard are the numerical reasoning and logical reasoning test? What's the format for them?
