I just spent 6 months internship at BB ( think GS, MS, JPM), and didn't secure a full time offer but left with good final review. I already graduated from a top UK business school.
What do you think I should do? I am currently applying for FT roles but not getting any interviews

It is not the worst time of year to look for a new job due to how busy the market is. Don't forget to contact the people who you've met, they can be good job leads within their network.
However, you don't have substantial work experience. This would be the only issues IMO. Do you still have access to OCR?
