No LinkedIn PFP = Aura?
Does not having a LinkedIn PFP signify more aura? I see lots of people at top hedge funds and other investment firms without a LinkedIn PFP. Why don't they use PFPs?

Actually noticed this as well. For whatever reason HF folks often have no pfp or if they do it's some clearly old or low quality picture. This is not the case for IB and PE though even for senior folks.
