Not being paid for untaken leave
Read this in a contract from a BB. Says that any untaken annual leave will not be paid for at the end of the year. Is this the Industry standard/normal in London? I've had other full time offer contracts that did pay for untaken annual leave.
What sort of fucking BB is that lmao
So this isn't the normal for banks in London? This is what google says about unused annual leave pay which is what the contract says - ''There is no right to be paid for holiday leave that you haven’t taken during the year. Workers are only entitled to a payment in lieu of unused holiday on termination of their employment contract.''
