Piper Jaffray Healthcare

I've done several searches and found exactly what you would expect in regards PJ.

For those of you in healthcare, how is this group regarded on the street? How are exit opps/deal exposure?

Unleash the trolls.

If you are going to go PJ, HC is the best group. It's the only group that still sees sizable and respectable M&A deals. Make sure you don't get stuck doing CM work though.

Are you talking NY or MPLS office (or another one)? NY office is mediocre (highly unimpressed with the guys I have met out of that office). Minny office isn't much better, but the reputation is still strong enough to land you a MM PE (more likely lower MM) job in Minny, Chicago, etc. Also has strong feeder into Corp Dev in Minny (UHG, 3M, etc.).
