On the website description, I can see structured finance and "private funds advisory" (and what exactly does it include (exhaustive list)—does it include everything done by Financial Sponsors groups as well as private funds groups and private markets groups of "normal" banks like UBS/Jefferies?). Does it include secondaries? Can someone talk about what this group is about, in a comprehensive manner?
