Possibility of Working Virtually While Other Interns work In-person

I don't know how this comes off but I'm in a bit of a dilemma.

I have secured a summer internship with my dream bank. At the same time, I've gotten to the second round of the internship process with a very well known tech firm.

Assuming I get the offer, I don't know if I want to turn it down. I also don't want to renege from the bank. Additionally, I have another role lined up during the winter with a fintech firm so I can't really push the second (tech) internship in question to winter.

So I'm asking, is it possible to ask for a virtual internship from the tech firm while others are in-person? I'm looking to do this within the small space I have between my dream internship at the bank and the second role that I have lined up during winter.

Also, should I go ahead and tell the firm about the first offer from the bank?

What do y'all think? How would y'all go about it?

Sounds like an awful idea. Good chance you'll take two good opportunities and screw them both up.

You have your job at your dream bank, and you're about to piss it out the window... greedy, greedy...

It was just a question and everything is under the possibility that I get the offer but I understand your point. To be clear, I've always wanted the tech firm too. It's likein the tech industry, the firm is my number 1 while in the banking industry, my bank is my number 1.I don't think it's a bad thing for a student to want to have different options and likes. But I never imagined myself in this situation (which I acknowledge is privileged and I am very grateful for) so I'm asking this.

I suppose I would be upfront with the tech firm -- let them know that they are your first choice, but that you've unfortunately already committed to another job. I highly doubt they would let you be the only virtual intern (though it's of course possible), but by letting them know you're passionate about their firm (but also a person of character who doesn't want to renege), this could serve you well if you don't want to go with the bank FT and instead want to pivot to the tech firm. Definitely a tricky situation. You also could renege on the bank, but I am personally against reneging, as you never know how bad the situation can get, and also down the road how that black mark on your character will impact you.
