Post-COVID meal stipends
This may be a dumb question but with firms slowly starting to move back into office will the meal stipends given out during COVID still be a thing? I'm an incoming SA at an EB with a very generous stipend and was just wondering if bank-sponsored Seamless orders of steak for every dinner will still be a thing.
Bump
Meal stipends were originally intended as late office meals. So they wouldn’t go anywhere. Why are you worrying about this if you are a year out from your internship?
Not worrying, just curious. Spent a couple of weeks in NYC this summer and didn't realize just how expensive food is here compared to where I live.
No, you're being a troll asking about having a bank pay for your steak dinner every night. How about you complete the syllabus week of your junior year of college first?
bruh meal the whole point of meal stipends were for being in the office in the first place yes
What’s a generous meal stipend?
Street standard seems to be $25-$30 but some EBs/MMs are at $40 or even $50+
