Post-IB Resume Help

Post-IB Resume Help

Looking for some advice on how to handle the resume transition out of IB for roles completely unrelated to finance. Specifically, looking for some direct advice on trimming down IB experience on a resume for non-finance roles.

My path went IB to Startup to Ops. My life does not revolve around finance or deals anymore at all, and frankly, outside of banking no one cares about transaction volume. Right now, my IB experience takes up about 3/5ths of my resume, heavily leaning on transaction experience and a deal sheet.
I need to free up that real estate to highlight my actual operating roles at the startup.
How do I completely strip out the deal sheet/transaction focus and condense the banking stint into just 3 or 4 high-level bullet points that actually translate to operations? What should those bullets focus on? TIA
