Hey everyone,
was lucky enough to secure an OC internship at PWP London. However, I heard that they mainly recruit from their SA class and OC interns are seen as "cheap labor" and apparently are almost never converted. Does anyone know if conversion is really that terrible as OC interns at PWP London?

Not true, was a SA at PWP in London and knew of 3 OCs who had just finished their jan-jun internship and had converted
