RBC Business Services team
I just got an interview from this team based in London. Business Services sounds a bit vague, but I presume it is a sector team within IBD yet I can't find any related information about this team on RBC's website. I guess my CV I used for applying other group was passed on to this group.
Anyone has any insights what exact sectors they are focusing on?

It’s part of their Industrial coverage. James Ireland is the MD leading the charge on this for RBCCM in Europe. Good banker, but his junior team is terrible...
They buy m&a mandates by lending cheaply on the transactions they are pitching. They were involved on the winning side of GKN / Melrose take-over.

How is the Industrials team at RBC london overall? Heard it was only focusing on Services for a while after some seniors left, is this still the case?
