Reddit IPO

Hi guys i was just wondering if there was a case study or any information available about the Reddit IPO and what firm facilitated this deal. I know GS was lead book runner but i’m not too sure what that means. If anyone has any insight on any other recent IPO’s/M&A deals would be great!

You can find each of the book runners and/or co-managers on the S-1 filing(s) for the Reddit IPO. Use EDGAR or SEC website to do so.

In short, MS, GS, JPM and BofA served as book runners with Citi, DB, Piper Sandler, RJ and a few others as co-managers.

LBR or BRM means that MS & GS served as the primary for due diligence, pricing, share allocation, etc; whereas the co-managers assist with specific expertise or resources that MS may not want to do or have time to do.
