REITs Question: How to think about growth rates between different properties?
Thinking about how to model REITs:
Say you are looking at a Welltower. How would you:
1) Build a model for this company (high-level). How do you actually go about doing this for a REIT like this?
2) Think about growth rate projections between the different Healthcare asset classes? (SHOP, RIDEA, NNN).
