Renewable Finance & Strategy Analyst Opportunity (Texas)

I am looking for 1-2 Finance & Strategy Analysts to join the development arm of an established EPC firm in the DFW area. Position would report directly to me (Director of Finance & Strategy) with CEO and client access. Opportunity to get involved in corporate-level FP&A with CFO if desired. Central downtown location.

About me: Spent 5 years in BB M&A (NYC/London), including a yearlong placement in Power & Renewable Energy to enhance M&A execution and subsequently helping to establish an EMEA M&A team in London. HSW graduate. Decided I had more upside outside banking.

Ideal candidate: Someone interested in renewable energy (solar / wind / battery storage) with 1-3 years of IB experience. Could be O&G banker seeking to pivot and/or pre MBA candidate seeking a more relaxed environment to do fun work with a high-growth team. Company is not a household name (as is the case with many developers), but quality of team is very strong across finance and engineering. I will teach you project finance / tax equity and give you as much client contact as you can handle, spread across infra PE investors and strategic decarbonization customers (mining, O&G, etc.). Flat hierarchy where we get drinks together and have regular C-level access.

Please get in touch if of interest or with any leads.
