Does it even financially make sense to buy as an IB analyst? To take out a mortgage and have roommates rent out? Has it worked for you?

Who knows how your career will change in 2 years let alone like 8. Oh great job opportunity in Dallas I want to pursue? Something goes wrong, put in a maintenance request and it's taken care of
