Research Salaries...
I was just looking at iBankingOasis' salary survey and thought it was too general. Can anyone advice me on research salaries? Especially if they work in London?
More specifically, what should I ask/expect if I'm nearing completion of an MBA, but at a non-target school, and the industry I'll be covering in is what in which I have no practical experience except as a private investor? My potential employer is RBC Capital Markets.

The comp database is for investment bankers only since that is what the majority of our members do...The "Other" bucket is the catchall for other professionals.
