IB Career Guidance Required

Allow me to introduce myself. I am a Chartered Accountant (US CPAequivalent), and I am currently employed at a boutique IB in Bangalore, where I have approximately two years of experience.
I find myself at a crossroads, contemplating whether to pursue a Master of Finance or an MBA in the UK or the USA.
Considering my relevant work experience and qualifications, I would greatly appreciate any guidance from colleagues regarding my career path. My objective is to gain admission to a reputable university and ultimately secure a position at a bulge bracket investment bank.
