Rothschild sent me a feedback after the assessment. It outlined my strengths and weaknesses - I’m not sure if this is a rejection of a sort or is it just a feedback on the assessment and I should still expect to hear something from them?

Everyone gets feedback , it’s not selective
You can't really tell from the feedback report. Apparently someone got teamwork as a weakness but they progressed for spring. It just highlights what you scored the highest and lowest in. That person prob scored the lowest in teamwork but high enough to pass/exceed Rothschild’s OT thresholds (speculating here).
Tests do matter a lot and a lot of people are eliminated from them. Cv and how you answer the questions are also taken into account.
What is the ideal test results at R&c?
