Rothschild spring week

Hi everyone,

I applied to the Rothschild 2025 Spring Week insight program. I have never heard back from them after the OA they sent me in September. How much time typically passes before I get any feedback? Do I have to wait until the deadline for applications expires?

Thank you in advance for answering.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's common for firms to take some time to respond after the initial online assessment (OA). Here are a few points to consider:

  • Typical Response Time: The response time can vary significantly between firms. Some may respond within a few weeks, while others might take longer, especially if they wait until the application deadline has passed to review all candidates.
  • Application Deadlines: It's possible that Rothschild, like many other firms, waits until the application deadline expires before sending out further communications. This allows them to assess all applicants fairly.
  • Follow-Up: If you haven't heard back after a reasonable period, it might be worth sending a polite follow-up email to inquire about the status of your application.

Given that you applied in September and it's now mid-October, it might still be within the normal waiting period. However, if the deadline for applications is approaching or has passed, a follow-up could be beneficial.
