If you are a current or past intern, what has been the expectation for you logging OT hours if your contract says 1.5x? Do some banks make it understood that your job has “already been budgeted for”, how realistic do you log OT hours? Does it change with BB/EB/MM/BSB? Obviously more focused on performing and securing FT, but interested in your experiences.
