SA team Choice (London): Industrials vs C&R

Hey everyone,

last month I accepted an offer for a top BB bank in London as a Summer Intern, I will start in June.

I will have to submit preferences for my team in April.

I'm interested in both C&R and Industrials, can someone clarify some points for me:

  • Reading the forum I understand that C&R is quite female-dominated, does this mean it will be more difficult to get converted to full time? Also, I don't really have an idea of the Industrials team culture and working hours so I would appreciate it if you could help with that as well.
  • In terms of exit opportunities, which one is better? I presume C&R
  • Knowing my interests (C&R and Industrials), is there any other team I should consider joining?

Lastly, can anyone who had experience with any of these two groups share their experience?

Thanks

Does anyone know if there is any difference in hours? I know Healthcare is quite violent, but don't know for C&R or DI. Anyway, it looks like DI should be the right choice. Would be interesting to know how many interns they take in the team.
