Thats not IB so I would expect an easy video tbh, just seen the prospect and it seems more of corporate banking, have a quick view on what CB is
That’s not true, Santander CIB encompasses both their Investment Banking and Corporate Banking divisions (at least in Europe, but as far as I know this also applies to other regions)

Hi, Nobody gave me anything, but sure I can tell you how it looks. There are 7 questions and all are fit. Why the job, Why Santander, The risks the bank is facing and other more personal questions I don't remember. Hope this helps
