secondary school grades for IB

Hello Guys,

I was wondering, how important high school grades are in the UK. I am from Germany and have a 1,7 Abitur (graduated among the top 18%). Besides that I have some pre-experience in M&A at a EB in FFM and I will join a top master in finance this year (LSE/LBS/HEC). I also have a Bachelor in accounting with highest honours from a target university for FFM. Will my high school grades harm my application for a summer analyst position (in London) in 2022? Is there a hard cut? Any advice is appreciated thanks!!!
