Secondment advice Spain -> London
Hello!
I was thinking of asking my company to do a secondment for 4-6 months in the London office (I am currently in Spain).
I wanted some advidces about the things that are usually requested in this type of programme, such as paid flights, accommodation costs, or... should I cover all these expenses?
And two questions in particular
- What is the best way to structure my proposal to make it appealing and convincing?
- What key points must I include in my proposal?
