Should I apply now for July internships if I am available from November onwards, to leave them my CV for the future? [EMEA]

Hey guys,

I was wondering if I can apply for July internships if I am available from November onwards to leave them my CV and signal my interest and existence? There are hardly any internship offers now for November (London - applying to IB & PE internships), so I was wondering how I can prepare now / start applying to secure a new job opportunity from November. The current internship I will finish in October.

I think the biggest weakness of this strategy is that some banks have limit of applications per recruitment year, so that in this way I would use this limit in not the smartest way.
