Should I report my job with my parents?

Long story short, my parents run an investment management/wealth advisory firm. They manage assets and also do some business broker advisory work, all on a small scale. I worked there after graduating in '23, for a few months, and got an offer to work at a LMM firm in march that did not give a shit so they never ran a background check

Now I am thinking of lateral moves to other MM firms in my city, and was considering: do I put this on my resume, and if I do, do I point out that I worked for my parents? I don't want to get flagged when they do a background check or get my offer withdrawn. And to be honest, I might have been a bit too generous with what I did there. I did get paid an hourly rate but that is about it.
