Hi everyone.
I’m an sophomore SA at a top BB in GCM. For my junior Summer I want to switch into IB at my bank. How should I go about doing this?
Do I need to recruit with all other candidates for IB SA 2021 or can I simply talk to HR if I get a GCM return offer to leverage it into an IB offer for next summer?
