Spring Weeks

I am going to be studying at a semi target next year and i was looking at the people who sent uploaded their cvs for spring weeks. They already have internships 10 different activities and to be honest i dont have near what they have. Will I still have a chance to get any spring weeks? I do not get how i was supposed to have that much things to fill my cv before graduating high school.

CV doesnt matter as much as eg performing well in online assessments for springs. they arent looking for loads of experience.

just wait till u start uni - can fill ur cv with some society roles. or even doing a job over summer will definitely hell/ some insight days at that some banks run

Spring week recruiting is random as shit.

You can have euros with 3 summers already in the same cohort as a diversity student from Nottingham that applied because their flatmates did. From experience, it's a mixed bunch of people that get springs and having less experience should not hold you back. Utilise any diversity schemes you are eligible for and apply to literally everything.

What is the determining factor is probably how well you get along with interviewers / how well you sound in HVs.
