Standard charted DCM London employee culture

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could provide me inside the standard charters investment banking division in general as well as specifically their DCM division.

How does the firms culture operate for example are  firm that really values taking the time in  mentoring and teaching their juniors?

If anyone has any anecdotes or insights that they can share, this will be very  helpful for  for my interview.
