I would appreciate if anyone who has dealt with Stout's London office in the past could give me an insight into their deal flow and reputation within the city. They have been PE owned for a number of years and are expanding headcount, with somewhat of a focus on MM shipping industry M&As. Would also like to know how the office stacks up against other LMM London players in London.
