Taking leave during an investment banking summer internship
I am a final year student who will be graduating in July 2022 who's going to intern at a London BB (IBD). I am aware that my graduation ceremony will take place during my summer internship. What do you all think of taking a one-day/ half-day leave to attend my graduation ceremony next year? I am concerned about missing one day of work, which will in turn hurt my conversion chances as I really want to convert it into a full time offer.
