Thoughts on fit assessments/psychometric testing?

Interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on the personality assessment game-survey things that some BBs are using for their 2018 SA apps - Koru, pymetrics etc. Are we moving to a more test-based recruiting approach a la the UK? Are banks collecting vast amounts of data for mysterious algos that will replace the traditional phone screen or even superday? Who knows, so let's wildly speculate

When I went through recruiting last year, the test is exactly the same except that they had changed the time allowed and number of questions (shortened both so there were less questions and less time for the test) to throw you off. Otherwise there was nothing different so there shouldn't be anything to be worried about.

They are the same! you can easily pass the in-house buying directly answers in "assessmentest ru". A friend of mine took again the test for Rothschild, he done great!

In my experience, every single one requires you to do the tests, some only require numerical though. It varies as to whether your application will be read first, or if you just get sent the tests immediately. I THINK CS had immediate testing, I know JPM reviews your application first and I believe GS does too.

I have received psychometric tests for around 80% of my applications - usually within one or two days so definitely practice before applying.
