Thoughts on SocGen Global Banking Advisory London Team?

Have final interviews coming with SocGen GLBA for London as a Summer Analyst, and wanted to get thoughts / insights about the culture, rep etc of the firm.

For context, currently holding an offer for M&A at a boutique in London, and might need to choose between the two.

Anything is appreciated

Their London team are good people and great to work with. They have generous PTO. However, salary is way below par, you probably won't get a raise in under 3 years even if you're one of the top performers on the team. When you stop going the extra mile you may be told you may not get a raise because you are not performing as you used to. Many of the colleagues are facing those issue and most are in the process of switching the job. Good luck to future employees this company sucks big time. Bonuses are non existent. Back to office is 3 days when literally offices are empty. To grow to the top you have to be French, even on the London Team.
