How many years does one typically spend at the Associate level before making VP? How does this differ depending on intake (e.g., post-MBA, lateral from non IBD)?I have heard ranges from 3 to 4 years and seen Linkedin promotions anywhere from 10 months to 1.5-3.5 years.
