Seems like a premier EB with insanely competitive pay and bonuses. Thinking of reneging my offer at JPM to join Justine Tobin.

Do this immediately. The unpaid internship is insanely worth it because you'll have essentially unlimited exit opps. My buddy was able to lateral into Northwestern Mutual FT easily after interning at Tobin.
