Transitioning from US to UK
I am currently considering moving to the UK for IB (No need for a Visa).
What is the equivalent of the FINRA exams in the US? Would I need to take the exams again? Does the UK need exams at all?

They are called the FCA Exams - easier found online as the CISI Capital Markets Programme. Most banks get their new analysts to take the exams during the training period. No idea if you need to retake them, you would have to check with the bank you are joining.
