Trust Private Company Doctor?

Hi Monkeys,

Specifically in the UK here but would appreciate all input. To what extent should you trust the company doctor/private medical insurance that is usually provided by banks as part of company “benefits”

Perhaps I’m being paranoid but was worried that if I said e.g. I’m feeling pretty low and depressed, that because the bank pays for the doctor/insurance etc., that doctor/insurance would be obligated or smt to tell the bank this and then that would affect my staffing/bonus etc.
